Please note you are making an offer on a legally binding contract to purchase hay through Swift Harvest Llc as an intermediary party representing "the grower".
Please fill out the form to submit your highest and best offer. Please note this does not include freight or loading charges, which will be an additional expense. All purchase offers are price per ton FOB the farm.
A security deposit of 30% must be made 24 hours after being awarded the winning purchase offer. If payment is not made within 24 hours of winning, the second place winner will be awarded the hay purchase contract. The security deposit will act as an active retainer that will need to be refilled periodically until purchase contract is fulfilled.
