A Swift Harvest Sales Team Members day starts with group P.T. and meditation at 6:00am sharp. At 7:00am team meeting where daily goals are review and set. New and upcoming hay and deals are reviewed. 8:00am the daily work flow starts and consists of answering and writing emails, making phone calls, drafting and making orders, getting freight quotes, ensuring loads are picked up and delivered, and working on team marketing projects and strategies. 12:00am to 2:00pm is lunch time. 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm is our 8 hour work day.

Requirements

Must have good communication skills

Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Must be detailed and have good legible hand writing

Must be able and willing to learn

Must work well under pressure

Must have technical skills

Must be able to drive a vehicle

Must be able to read and write

Must be able to operate a hand held drill

Must be friendly and willing to say hi and chat with growers and others along the daily route

Must be kind to children

Must be willing to act as a representative for Swift Harvest and the morals virtues and principles of this company

Alfalfa hay experience is ideal but not required

Photograph experience is ideal but not required

GoPro video experience is ideal but not required

Hourly and salary depending on experience
