A Swift Harvest field technician's day is spent traveling to stacks of hay and collecting data used for quantitative qualitative analysis and marketing. Field techs are routed to stack yards where they take hay samples, Hd photos on a Sony A series camera, Hd Video on GoPros, probe for moisture and evaluate hay, taking detailed field notes. Field tech's morning start with daily exercises routine, then work shift starts at 5:30am to 9:30 am and the evening shift is from 3:30pm to 7:30pm.

Requirements

Must be physically fit

Must be able to work in the heat and under stressful conditions

Must believe in freedom and the American dream

Must have good communication skills

Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Must be detailed and have good legible hand writing

Must be able and willing to learn

Must work well under pressure

Must have technical skills

Must be able to drive a vehicle

Must be able to read and write

Must be able to operate a hand held drill

Must be friendly and willing to say hi and chat with growers and others along the daily route

Must be kind to children

Must be willing to act as a representative for Swift Harvest and the morals virtues and principles of this company

Alfalfa hay experience is ideal but not required

Photograph experience is ideal but not required

GoPro video experience is ideal but not required

Hourly and salary depending on experience
